FAQ

How much will my subscription increase? ›

The adjustment depends on factors like your active job count and features you’re using, such as QuickBooks integration. We will reach out to you closer to March 2025 to let you know on an individual basis. In the meantime, we’re introducing tools to help you easily close inactive jobs, which can help lower your active job count and reduce costs.

When will the new pricing take effect? ›

For existing customers, the new pricing will begin with your March 2025 billing cycle. This ensures a smooth transition and gives you time to adjust while enjoying the new features we’re rolling out.

How do I know which tier I’m in? ›

You’ll be notified of your tier based on your active job count and the features you use. You can also contact support for clarification.

What are "Active Jobs" and how do they affect my pricing? ›

Active jobs are jobs that are currently open and still in progress, often representing jobs you access frequently or that include mounts and services that have not yet reached the finished stage. We have inbuilt mechanisms, such as automatically marking a job as closed when every mount within it is marked as complete.

Alternatively, you can manually remove the "Active" tag and replace it with a "Closed" tag to keep your active job count accurate. We will also be adding more tools to help you manage this process easily and efficiently.

What happens to my Closed jobs? ›

Nothing changes—you can still view your closed jobs anytime, just as you do now. However, to make changes to a closed job, you’ll need to mark it as active again.

Why have Active and Closed jobs? ›

The main reason is that different users require different levels of resources. Simply put, some users create thousands of jobs and use more resources than others, and these resources incur costs.

Additionally, once a job is completed and the client has their mount back, it’s generally not updated again—only viewed. By categorizing jobs as "Closed," we can deploy storage strategies that help reduce costs while maintaining seamless access to your records.

We’re also planning for the future. As we scale and support millions of job records, this approach ensures we can handle the growth efficiently and sustainably, while continuing to deliver the best possible experience for all users.

What happens if I exceed the Active job limit for my tier? ›

You can add additional jobs without upgrading to a higher pricing tier by purchasing job add-ons. If you don’t need those active jobs down the line, you can easily downgrade, ensuring your plan adapts to seasonal changes in your workload with maximum flexibility.

Can I switch tiers later if my business changes? ›

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or add/remove active jobs as your business evolves or during seasonal fluctuations.

What new features are being rolled out? ›

We’re continuously working to improve MountMonitor with powerful new tools and enhancements. This includes automated SMS communication, enhanced Track & Trace functionality for tags and locations, and tools to easily manage and close inactive jobs—along with many other planned improvements.

Features marked with a * on the pricing tiers are either currently in development or part of our roadmap, ensuring the platform continues to evolve to meet your needs.
