I'm a solo taxidermist, which plan is right for me?
Start with Lite Mount. It gives you job tracking, client management, messaging, and the client portal. Everything a solo operator needs to stop losing jobs in binders and start looking professional. You can also accept online payments on any plan. If you want in-person payments, you can purchase a card reader on Lite or upgrade to Standard to get one free.
What happens when I hit my active job limit?
Your plan includes a set number of active jobs, meaning the ones you're currently working on. Once a job is marked complete, it no longer counts toward your limit. You can store unlimited jobs in MountMonitor and only the active ones count. If you consistently need more, you can upgrade your plan at any time.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll get immediate access to the new tier's features.
What's included in the free card reader?
Standard, Pro, and Master plans include a professional card reader valued at $299.99, completely free. It supports chip, tap (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), and swipe payments. We ship it to you as soon as you activate your plan.
